Using the official route
Start with the museum information page and follow its authorized ticket link. Enter every name exactly as shown on ID, verify the date and time, and retain the receipt. Check the official visitor information for current release dates.
When slots are released
The museum publishes quarterly booking windows and says extra admissions may be released every Wednesday at noon for the following week. Inventory can also change during the day. Sell-out speed varies, so this site does not claim a guaranteed window.
When official admission is unavailable
Recheck nearby dates and new releases, or compare operator-led tours that include a reserved slot and guide. The higher price is not the price of basic museum admission; it covers an additional service. Check language, duration, meeting point, and refunds.
After purchase
Do not assume you can change a visitor name: official tickets are named and described as non-changeable. Bring ID and receipt, reach the office 30 minutes early, and leave unsuitable bags elsewhere.
