Practical guide
Plan without surprises
Official price and sales route
At the latest check, the museum lists standard admission at €15, a €2 concession for EU citizens aged 18–25, and free admission for under-18s. Every category still requires a reservation. Prices and eligibility can change, so confirm them on the official museum site.
Ticket comparison
Basic admission is the lowest-cost choice and should be checked on the official channel. Guided products cost more because they include a guide and sometimes a Milan walk or other attractions. “Skip-the-line” does not remove identity or security checks; it usually refers to an organized reserved slot.
When to book
The museum announces sales windows by period and may release additional availability each Wednesday at noon for the following week. If your dates are fixed, compare legitimate options and avoid pages that blur the distinction between an independent seller and the museum.
Before paying
Confirm date, time, language, duration, meeting point, cancellation policy, and participant names. Official tickets cannot normally be renamed, moved, or refunded after purchase. Bring matching photo ID.
